well ive moved my blog, its now on a new host. located at blog.jimmeh.net, in advance of me rearranging the entire site to enable a more object oriented organisation of the sites structure. hopefully i’ll open jimmeh.net with a new face page, which means i can add new elements to it, as and when required. the test image is a bit of a clue as to what i’m going to start with.

also, flashfxp site to site transfers are gay, as is not having ssh to your old webhost.

why is the natural progression of all successful software something like..

” fresh idea -> dodgy alpha/beta -> gather huge following, release stable -> make money -> become bloatware

everyones favourite software these days has been raped by overdesign and over functionality. nero is about as useful as a burning application these days as tea bags are good for making coffee. it’s as if devs get DEV FEVER and cant stop adding shit to their apps. either that, or they never become popular or useful enough in the first place because the dev is lazy. But if they weren’t lazy they’d likely of over developed it anyway.

90’s rap rocks my world, when coupled with CLI and IRC. i’m cool.
